Amendment No. 46 'South Perth Station Precinct'
The City of South Perth has received almost 900 submissions in regard to Amendment No. 46 to the City’s Town Planning Scheme 'South Perth Station Precinct'.
Of the approximately 900 submissions, 250 of those were submitted online through the City's new engagement portal yoursay.southperth.wa.gov.au.
The public comment period closed on Friday 5 February 2016, and no more submissions will be accepted.
City of South Perth CEO Geoff Glass thanked those that participated for their input into the process.
“Due to the very high volume of submissions received the City will take some time to assess and consider the submissions, which we expect will cover a diverse range of views,” he said.
“We anticipate this process could take a couple of months to complete, before a report on the submissions is presented to Council”.
