MODIFICATIONS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following significant modifications have been made to Amendment No. 46:
Reduction in the extent of the Special Design Area
Creation of absolute height limits
Maximum 10% variation from minimum lot area and frontage
Increased street setbacks in certain streets
Mandatory 1.5 minimum non-residential plot ratio
Inspection and Enquiries
The modified text of Amendment No. 46 is available for viewing until 5pm, Friday 15 January 2016, at the Civic Centre, City libraries and on the City's website.
