School Holidays
There is always something on offer in the City for kids and families during school holidays.
There are ticketed events, drop-in sessions, workshops, performances and much more. From arts and crafts, sports, Lego, a puppet show and games - we've got plenty of activities to keep the kids occupied and entertained during the school holidays!

George Burnett Leisure Centre
The clinic is run to teach the basics of soccer, and putting it into gameplay. Perfect for beginners. Children will be taught dribbling, passing, goal kicking, game play and team skills.
Held at the George Burnett Leisure Centre, Wednesday 15 April 2026, 1pm - 4pm.
The program is run indoors on an air-conditioned court. Cleats are not permitted
For children in Pre primary - Year 2. $26 for the clinic + booking fee (Please note that if the clinic needs to be cancelled, the Humanitix booking fee is non-refundable)
Afternoon tea is provided.
Bookings are limited.
Please note – a Parent/Guardian is required to be present up until the start time, and if leaving the premises, arriving back by the finish time.
