RESILIENCY PLUS is an interactive 1-day workshop that provides strategies to help you bounce back when life presents challenging situations.

It is designed to develop a plan of action for a more courageous and optimistic growth mindset, and patterns of inertia and helplessness. Conducted in an atmosphere of joyful participation and creative activities, this course will provide you with invaluable tools to place in your mental and emotional toolkit.

A workbook will be provided and can be an ongoing resource throughout life. Facilitated by Raelene Newall, a qualified counsellor.
