Wellbeing Workshop

Do you sometimes feel like you have to climb a mountain in life?

Once a month you can attend a FREE Wellbeing Workshop run by Lifestreams Community Services, where a qualified counsellor will facilitate a talk on a different topics e.g., relationships, anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, self-care, etc. followed by a group discussion.

The aim of these workshops is to simply improve your wellbeing and mental health. No RSVP required. 

Sessions run every Thursday from 26 February to 25 June 2026 between 11am and 12.30pm.
