Do you sometimes feel like you have to climb a mountain in life?
Once a
month you can attend a FREE Wellbeing Workshop run by Lifestreams Community Services, where a qualified counsellor will facilitate a talk on a different topics e.g., relationships, anxiety,
depression, conflict resolution, self-care, etc. followed by a group discussion.
The aim of these workshops is to simply improve your wellbeing and mental health. No RSVP required.
