Do you have a story you'd like to tell, a memorable event or a defining moment? Comics are a fantastic medium for telling personal stories. In this workshop you will explore how to bring together the beauty of images and the poetry of words to tell your unique story.
The workshop will be led by Campbell Whyte. Campbell was born in Perth and makes comics that explore the play between the fantastical, the historical and the autobiographical.
A light morning tea is included.
Suitable for senior members of the community.
The Manning Seniors Centre runs a weekly luncheon held on Wednesdays from 12-1pm for $12 each. Participants are welcome to attend the lunch after the workshop. To purchase a ticket to lunch please contact the Manning Seniors Centre on 9450 6273.
