Civic Centre temporary closure 3.30pm, Tuesday 21 July

Plan ahead: The Civic Centre will be temporarily closed from 3.30–4.30pm on Tuesday 21 July 2026.

Our team will be unavailable to answer calls and your call will be redirected to our out-of-hours call centre.

Did you know that you can make a number of payments online?  Invoices such as rates, infringements and cat/dog registration renewals can be paid online by visiting the Make a Payment page. 

If you have a scheduled appointment, please contact the relevant officer upon arrival.

Normal opening hours will resume on Wednesday 22 July.
