Tender 16/2025 Change Room Upgrade at WCG Thomas Pavilion Richardson Park

The City of South Perth invites detailed submissions from suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for the construction and renovation of a new change room facility for the City of South Perth.

Tender closes at 5pm Thursday 15 January 2026 (AWST).

Mandatory Site briefing to be held at 10am, Wednesday 17 December 2025 (AWST) at WCG Thomas Sports Pavilion, 1 Amherst St, South Perth WA 6151. Attendance is a requirement to submit a Tender.

A copy of the tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s eProcurement portal at southperth.wa.gov.au/tenders.

Tender documentation must be submitted electronically via the City’s eProcurement portal no later than the closing time.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
