City launches first-ever Community Lease Audit
The City of South Perth is calling on all community leaseholders to participate in its first-ever Community Lease Audit to better understand and improve services for the many community groups and clubs that add vibrancy to the City’s neighbourhoods.
The audit will help the City to:

- Share training and workshop opportunities to build capacity and help your group grow
- Assist you with grant applications and funding opportunities
- Assess the use and condition of the City’s lease facilities
- Provide support to ensure building compliance throughout the City.
Audit forms should be completed by an authorised representative from the club, group or organisation, such as the President, Secretary or Treasurer.
For ease of completion, community leaseholder should have all relevant information on hand, such as contact details, membership numbers and financial statements.
