Raised platform works at the intersection of Tate and Angelo streets in South Perth

Road Works
The City of South Perth will be installing a raised asphalt platform at the intersection of Tate Street and Angelo Street.

The works are part of a road safety improvement project funded by the Main Roads Western Australia ‘Low-Cost Urban Road Safety’ Program. 

The City will be undertaking works as follows:

Location: Intersection of Tate Street and Angelo streets, South Perth 

Date: Week commencing Monday 6 January 2025

Duration: Approximately three weeks, weather permitting, Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm. Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.

The road works will include:

  • Laying asphalt on two occasions (raised platform installation) which will impact access to properties at certain times
  • Minor civil infrastructure upgrades to access ramps, kerbing and drainage which may impact reticulation systems

The City makes every effort to reduce the disruption caused by the road works. Local residents will be informed about the works via letter.
