Underground cabling upgrade works begin at Sir James Mitchell Park
Works to upgrade and relocate the City of South Perth's underground cabling infrastructure at Sir James Mitchell Park commenced 14 October.
The program of works between Mend Street and Hurlingham Road will see the cabling and conduit aligned with the bike path where possible.
Commencing at Mend Street, the works will be completed in small lengths and the surface restored daily to minimise interruptions to the park’s users.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-November.
