Major Land Transaction – Collier Park Golf Course Business Plan
The City of South Perth hereby gives Statewide public notice that it proposes to undertake a major land transaction in accordance with Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995.
The City proposes to develop land comprised within Lot 3858 on Deposited Plan 218457 being the whole of the land in Qualified Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3102 Folio 500 and Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 416118 being a portion of the land in Qualified Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3170 Folio 620(Collier Park Golf Course).
A copy of the business plan containing details of the major land transaction, may be inspected at the Civic Centre, South Perth Library, Manning Library during business hours.

Submissions on the proposed business plan are required to be made in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.
