Join the Pickleball craze

Pickleball is an enjoyable, social, and friendly game designed for four players. With straightforward rules, it's easy for beginners to pick up yet it can evolve into a fast-paced and competitive game.

Already a hit in the USA, pickleball is gaining traction in Australia, and the City is enthusiastically embracing the trend. The George Burnett Leisure Centre (GBLC) has recently acquired pickleball equipment for the community to use and enjoy. 

Come and Try Pickleball Day

Have you ever wondered what the pickleball craze is about? Come and try it out at GBLC. Drop in on Friday 24 November anytime between 12-4pm. No bookings required. Equipment provided.

Weekday Pickleball

Bring along a friend or a team of four and come and play pickleball for $10/hour at the GBLC indoor courts. This promotion is available on weekdays, 8.30am-5pm until Friday 22 December 2023.
