Water Corporation pump station upgrade on Jarman Ave, Manning

The Water Corporation is upgrading wastewater infrastructure in Manning to enable greater capacity at its existing pump station on Jarman Avenue.

Construction of a below ground pump station will occur at the existing pump station site next to Manning Primary School. A section of underground wastewater pipe will also be upgraded to connect into existing wastewater infrastructure.

During the project, a number of trees will be removed including four agonis and four jacaranda trees. The Water Corporation has advised that new, replacement trees will be planted once the pump station upgrade is complete.

The nine-month project is due to start in the coming weeks.
