Electors' General Meeting Update

At the Electors' General Meeting on Tuesday 7 February 2023, City of South Perth administration presented the 2021/22 Annual Report, Annual Financial Statements and Auditors Report for the year ended June 2022. 

The meeting also included a presentation on the progress to date of the Recreation and Aquatic Facility (RAF). 

Overall, the levels of debt for the City are low ($16.4 million of which $10.55 million is for underground power and will be fully repaid through service charges by EOFY 2026). The City also confirmed Collier Park Golf Course as the location of the RAF. 

The City is continuing to refine the RAF Business Case, which will be presented to Council for consideration at the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 28 March.
