Customer Service Disruption
The City is undergoing a new system implementation.
As the City makes the transition to this new online service, we will be unable to accept invoice payments, animal registration and infringement payments from 2.25pm, Thursday 12 January – 12pm, Monday 16 January 2023.
Rates payments will not be impacted. Customers will continue to be able to pay their rates online or at the Civic Centre as usual.
Please be assured no penalty will be incurred as a result of late payment due to this delay, if payment is made by the end of the month.
