Comer Reserve Pavilion, home to the much loved South Perth Toy Library, will boast a vibrant new look as the City completes renovation works including an engaging mural.

Established in 1987, South Perth Toy Library holds a place in the hearts of many in the City of South Perth community. It is one of the longest standing toy libraries in Western Australia, with more than 800 toys shared and loaned to families every Saturday.

The renovation project will include a new ceiling, replacement of the floors and fresh paint inside the building. Street artist Nick Zafir will add a splash of colour to the exterior of the building with a vibrant 36 metre toy and zoo themed mural.

The project is expected to be completed in February 2021.
