Manning Hub Phase Two update December 2020

As part of the Manning Hub Phase Two project, the City is currently finalising the details of the construction contract.

Construction works will be undertaken in a staged approach, with demolition anticipated to commence in late January 2021.

The City is eager to progress the project as soon as possible to integrate the old and new areas of the Hub.

The Manning Hub is a multi-million dollar facility that has created a new heart for Manning by providing the community with a vibrant, connected and attractive precinct integrating community services and social activities.

The facility opened its doors in February 2017 and was recently recognised by the Planning Institute of Australia, winning a ‘Healthy Active by Design’ award, ‘Great Space’ award, and the Minister’s Award.   

Phase Two will further connect the area.
