Recognising the City's Pioneers and Elders

The City is proud to celebrate the valuable contribution of residents who have lived in the City for more than 50 years.

The annual Pioneer and Elders event was held a little differently this year due to Coronavirus, recognising the long standing members of our community. Community values are more important than ever before, with so many people impacted by the global pandemic.

This year, to ensure physical distancing restrictions were observed, the City distributed gourmet hampers as a token of our acknowledgement.
