Nominations open for Councillor vacancy

Following Greg Milner’s election as Mayor in October, his former Moresby Ward Councillor position is currently vacant, with a term until 2021.  

The WA Electoral Commission will conduct an extraordinary election on Friday 28 February to fill the position. 

Those interested can nominate for Council from 15-22 January.

Nominations must be lodged with the Returning Officer at any time during this period by arrangement; or between 2pm and 4pm Wednesday, 22 January 2020 (close of nominations) at City of South Perth Civic Centre, Cnr Sandgate Street and South Terrace, South Perth.
