Notice of adoption of Local Law
The City of South Perth Health Amendment Local Law 2019 came into effect on 31 December 2019.
The purpose of the local law is to provide a statutory means to effectively control issues that have the ability to adversely impact on the health and well-being of the community.
The effect of the local law is to allow health-related issues to be sufficiently controlled so as to provide an acceptable standard for the maintenance of public health in the community.
The Health Amendment Local Law 2019 is available for viewing on the City’s website and hard copies may be inspected or obtained from Civic Centre.
