Changes to Planning Officer availability from 4 November

From Monday 4 November 2019, the City’s Planning Officers will be available for general customer service counter enquiries between 9.30-10.30am and 3.30-4.30pm. Outside of these hours, Officers will be available by appointment only.

Please also note that from 4 November 2019, the final time for commencing lodgement of Building Permits will be 4.30pm.
