Proposed Health Amendment Local Law

Public Notice 10 July 2019

The City of South Perth invites comments on proposed amendments to the Health Local Laws 2002. 

The purpose of the proposed local law is to provide a statutory means to effectively control issues that have the ability to adversely impact on the health and well-being of the community. 

The effect of the proposed local law is to allow health-related issues to be sufficiently controlled so as to provide an acceptable standard for the maintenance of public health in the community.
