Old Mill closed for restoration from 4 June

The Old Mill has stood proudly on the South Perth peninsula since 1835, but this year the historic building is receiving some much needed care and attention.

The Mill and associated Cottage will be closed while replacement roof shingles are fitted and damp courses installed around the buildings.

The works will commence on Tuesday 4 June 2019 and is expected to take 11 weeks, until 9 August 2019.

Building works will be conducted under the supervision of qualified heritage architects, and should assist the Old Mill to remain as a fascinating relic and cultural symbol of City of South Perth for years to come.

The Old Mill will be closed for restoration from 4 June 2019 until 9 August 2019.
