Draft modified local planning policy P350.03
The City of South Perth resolved to modify local planning policy ‘P350.03 Car Parking Access, Siting and Design’ (P350.03), including renaming the policy ‘P350.03 Setback of garage and carports, garage width, design or car parking spaces and vehicle access’.
Policy P350.03 provides the criteria for the design of car parking spaces and structures for residential development. The existing policy has been reviewed to align with the Residential Design Codes, the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 6, and to provide modified criteria for the assessment of applications involving the use of car-stacking equipment for vehicle parking.

Hard copies of the draft modified policy, associated Council reports and minutes are available to view during business hours at the Civic Centre and City’s libraries.
