It's gone in less than 60 seconds

The Western Australian Police Force has completed an analysis of theft from motor vehicles within the state over the period 2013 to 2018.

One of the sites identified as a hot spot within the Perth metropolitan area was the South Perth Foreshore. During the analysis period, a total of 360 theft incidents were reported, with 14% involving tourists or people using hire cars/interstate vehicles. From the data collected for South Perth Foreshore, 58% of the incidents occurred between 5pm and 10pm.

There is NO safe place to hide your valuables in your vehicle. The message is simple,
lock your car before you go; and do not leave items/valuables in your vehicle.
