Community Recreation Facilities Plan

The City of South Perth is currently developing a strategic Community Recreation Facilities Plan to identify the redevelopment priorities for all community facilities across the City.

This Plan aims to:

1. Review, audit and assess the City’s community recreation facilities, including: halls, buildings, pavilions and other leased community facilities.
2. Provide a prioritised hierarchy for community recreation facilities works.
3. Provide recommendations regarding the current and future usage options for the City’s community recreation facilities.
4. Produce a documented implementation plan that prioritises maintenance and capital investment in the City’s community recreation facilities.

The draft Plan is anticipated to be completed in December 2018.
