Library membership made easy
We are making it even easier for you to become a member of our libraries.
Simply present 100 points of identification such as an Australian Drivers Licence, Health care Card, Medicare Card, utility bill and/or Passport and you will be able to join on the spot.
These changes will come into effect from 1 July 2018.
To become a member, speak with one of our friendly library staff at Manning or South Perth Library.
