Animal Care Facility calls for donations of towels

The City’s Animal Care Facility (ACF) provides a range of services including caring for lost and found pets as well as impounded animals such as dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits and birds.

Recently the ACF's supply of towels which are used for animal bedding has been depleted. Due to quarantine controls and to assist in the prevention of the spread of disease, towels have a limited lifespan before they are disposed of. 

The ACF is calling for donations of any clean, old and unwanted towels to be used as animal bedding. Your generorsity is greatly appreciated and your donation will help to keep the animals in the facility warm and safe.

Donations can be made at the following City venues:

12-3pm, Monday to Sunday

Civic Centre
Cnr South Tce and Sandgate St, South Perth
8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday
