A meeting of the Metro Central Joint Development Assessment Panel has been called for the determination of the following planning applications:

Details: 27 Multiple Dwellings within a 6 Storey Development plus a Basement Level

Property Location: Lots 2-20 (Nos. 74) Mill Point Road, South Perth
Details: Mixed Use Development within a 35 Storey Building

Meeting Date and Time: 12 July 2017, 2pm

Meeting Venue: City of South Perth Civic Centre (Cnr Sandgate Street and South Terrace)
