Revised Policy P303 Design Review Panel out for comment

The City has revised Policy P303 and it is now available for comment.

Policy P303 provides guidelines for the selection and appointment of members to the City’s Design Review Panel (DRP) and for the operation of the Panel. The purpose of the DRP is to provide comments and advice to the Council and City officers on the design and site planning of certain development proposals, urban design issues and on other planning proposals where the City would benefit from their comments and advice.

Submissions will be received until 5pm, Friday 5 May 2017.

Hard copies of the revised policy are available to view during business hours at the Civic Centre and City’s libraries.
