Out for Comment Proposed Policy P350.16 Variation to plot ratio for multiple dwellings and mixed development

The City has prepared the abovementioned draft planning policy. If approved, the policy will provide guidance for Council to use discretion to approve variations to plot ratio standards for multiple dwellings and mixed development.
