Notice of Intent to Dispose of Land - Lot 278
The City of South Perth gives notice of its intention to dispose three separate portions of Lot 278 on Deposited Plan 4740 being part of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 1108 Folio 597, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995:
(a) 2m x 20m portion of the northern side of Lot 278 to Alexander Coughlan for the market valuation price of $12,000
(b) 2m x 48m portion of the eastern side of Lot 278 to Michael and Candice Danby for the market valuation price of $26,000
(c) 2m x 48m portion of the western side of Lot 278 to Timothy and Christine Jackson for the market valuation price of $26,000
Submissions about these proposed dispositions can be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, City of South Perth, Cnr Sandgate Street and South Terrace, South Perth WA 6151 by 4pm, Monday 14 March 2016.
