Even though it was not endorsed, can you please send me a copy of Cr Colin Cala's alternative motion? 

Now that the Officers Recommendation was endorsed without amendment, what are the next steps the City will take? 
The next stage for the City of South Perth is the preparation of a case for the Minister for Lands to exchange the status of the land so that it becomes freehold land. This change will provide the City with more flexibility for the land.

What impact will option 2 and 3 in the report from Grant Thornton have on residents?
Following Council decision, the City’s CEO will further investigate the options proposed by Grant Thornton.

The priority is on the future of the Collier Park Hostel. The running of a hostel is not core to local government business.

Is there anything you would like to add? 
Ongoing communication with residents will be undertaken to ensure residents are kept fully informed as the options are investigated.

In the short term the operations of the Collier Park Village will not change. Residents will continue to receive and have access to the usual high standard of service and care.
