Please attribute the below information to City CEO Cliff Frewing

Can you tell me the size of the site in either hectares of square metres?
The Civic Triangle site is in excess of 6000 square metres.

Also, when is council likely to seek expressions of interest from developers? (ie early, mid or late 2008).
Expressions of interest are likely to be sought mid to late in 2008.
