Annual Gross Pollutant Trap Cleaning - Kwinana Freeway
Drainage maintenance works are planned to commence on the northbound lane of Kwinana Freeway, from Canning Hwy on-ramp to Mill Point Rd off-ramp, under the City and Main Roads WA drainage maintenance program.

Easter rubbish collection and opening hours 2025
City facilities will be closed on the public holidays over Easter. There will be no kerb side bin collections on Good Friday 29 April. Bins will be serviced the following day on Saturday 30 April.
Swan River fireworks display on Wednesday 26 March 2025
As part of the Routes Asia Conference, hosted by Perth Airport and Tourism Western Australia, there will be a fireworks display from a barge on the Swan River at 9.30pm, expected to last for approximately 12 minutes.
