Night road works - Centenary Avenue, Waterford

Road rehabilitation night works will soon begin on Centenary Avenue, Waterford. These works will repair the road surface and associated infrastructure, helping extend its lifespan and ensure it remains safe and functional for the community. 

Location: Centenary Avenue, Waterford, between Tringa Circle and Manning Road (northbound)

Date: Week beginning Monday, 30 November 2026

Duration: Approximately three weeks, weather permitting. Monday to Friday 7.00pm - 5.30am. Please note works may not occur every night during this period.

 The works will include two rounds of asphalt resurfacing, which will temporarily affect access to properties at certain times, as well as minor civil infrastructure upgrades, including access ramps, drainage and kerbing that may affect reticulation systems.

The City will make every effort to minimise disruption during the road works. Local residents have been notified by letter, and project updates will also be available on the City’s Roads and Footpath Works webpage.
