Special Council Meeting 6.15pm Tuesday 3 November 2026

In accordance with Regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is given that a Special Council Meeting has been called for Tuesday 3 November 2026 at 6.15pm in the City’s Council Chamber, cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a recommendation by the Mayor in relation to requesting the Acting Chief Executive Officer to obtain legal advice regarding the implications of Cornerstone Legal acting for the former Chief Executive Officer.
