Mill Point Close Works

From 31 January 2024, we will be repairing road surfaces and surroundings on Mill Point Close, South Perth.

Repairing road surfaces and surrounding infrastructure will prevent further deterioration and ensure they remain in good condition for years to come.

This work is expected to take approximately 10 days to finish, weather permitting, and will be take place between 7am–5pm. Please note the works may not take place every day during this period.

Road works will include:

  • Road resurfacing (with asphalt)
  • Removal and installation of a pram ramp
  • Removal and installation of new kerbing
  • Replacement of four drainage lids.

Temporary road closures will be in place at Mill Point Close, from Mill Point Rd to Queen St, South Perth. Traffic management personnel will be onsite to guide local traffic and access to properties will be maintained at all times. 

Street parking on Mill Point Close at carpark SPE7 will be closed during the construction period.

The City is working with local businesses and residents to ensure the impact in the area is kept to a minimum.
