Road rehabilitation works - Crawshaw Crescent, Como

Road rehabilitation works will soon begin on Crawshaw Crescent, Como, between Ley Street and Pether Road. These upgrades will help prevent further deterioration and ensure the road and surrounding infrastructure remain in good condition for years to come.

Details of the works:

• Location: Crawshaw Crescent (Ley Street to Pether Road) - see map below
• Start date: Week commencing Monday 11 August 2025
• Duration: Approximately six weeks (weather permitting), Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Please note that works may not occur every day during this period.

Scope of works:

• Road resurfacing (asphalt laying) on one occasion, which will temporarily impact access to properties
• Minor upgrades to access ramps, drainage and kerbing which may affect reticulation systems.

The City will make every effort to minimise disruptions. Local residents will be notified by letter, and updates will also be available on the City’s website.
