Road rehabilitation works
Every year the City identifies roads within our community that are in need of rehabilitation, including repairs to the road surface and surrounding infrastructure, in order to prevent any further deterioration and avoid costly repairs in the future.
The road works can include:
- Road resurfacing (with asphalt)
- Kerb replacement
- Drainage structure upgrades
- Minor footpath upgrades.

Road Rehabilitation Works - George St, Kensington on Tuesday 21 June
The City will be carrying out the final nightshift for asphalt works at George Street, between Douglas Avenue and Dyson Street, Kensington on on Tuesday 21 June 2022. Working hours at night will be confined to 7pm to 5am.
