Car park resurfacing works - Antsey Street

Car park resurfacing works will soon commence at Anstey Street Car Park 8, near the South Perth Senior Citizens Centre.  These works will repair the car park surface and surrounding infrastructure to prevent further deterioration and ensure they remain in good condition for years to come. 

The City will be undertaking the following resurfacing works:

Location: Anstey Street Car Park 8, near the South Perth Senior Citizens Centre, South Perth (see map below) 

Date: Week commencing Monday 23 February 2026

Duration: Approximately four weeks, Monday to Saturday between the hours of 7pm and 5:30am (weather permitting). Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period.

The resurfacing works will include laying asphalt (resurfacing) and civil infrastructure upgrades to drainage. 

The City makes every effort to minimise the disruption caused by the resurfacing works. Local residents will be notified by letter, and updates will also be available on the City’s website.
