The Civic Centre reception will be closed from 3.30–4.30pm on Monday 31 August 2026. Please make arrangements to visit outside of this time.
If you have a scheduled appointment, please contact the officer upon arrival at the door.
Did you know that you can make a number
of payments online? Invoices such as infringements and cat/dog
registration renewals can be paid online, by visiting the Make a Payment page.
Normal opening hours will resume on Tuesday 1 September 2026.
