Road rehabilitation works
Every year the City identifies roads within our community that are in need of rehabilitation, including repairs to the road surface and surrounding infrastructure, in order to prevent any further deterioration and avoid costly repairs in the future.
The road works can include:
- Road resurfacing (with asphalt)
- Kerb replacement
- Drainage structure upgrades
- Minor footpath upgrades.

Water Corporation emergency sewer works will take place on Mill Point Rd between Labouchere Rd and Mends St from 7pm Friday 23 June to 5am Monday 26 June.

South Perth Esplanade between Harper Terrace and Mends Street will be closed on Friday 2 June 2017 between 10am and 2pm. During this time vehicle and pedestrian detours will be in place.
