Mends Street Jetty toilet closed 23-26 August
The public toilet at Mends Street Jetty will be closed for maintenance from the 23-26 August 2022. The nearest alternative toilets are at the Scented Gardens or Windsor Park.
City remains committed to the Recreation and Aquatic Facility project
The City remains committed to the RAF project and is continuing to work with Federal and State Governments and project partners.
Finishing touches for Hurlingham playground
Improvement works are nearly finished to provide a new all-abilities playground at the end of Hurlingham Road along the South Perth foreshore.
Cycle path slow zone installed near Djirda Miya
Cyclists and scooter riders are being encouraged to slow down near Djirda Miya, the City's award-winning Black Swan Habitat Island.
Black swan protection with island 'no-go zone'
The waters surrounding the Black Swan Habitat island have been officially closed to swimmers and watercraft to further protect wildlife on the South Perth foreshore.
