Mums & Bubs Fitness – Free Mental Health Week Session
Celebrate Mental Health Week with a free Mums & Bubs Fitness session at the Manning Early Years Room, hosted by Feel Your Best Fitness.
Enjoy a welcoming and supportive class designed to help mums get moving, boost wellbeing and connect with other local mums – all while bringing your little one along.
After the class, stay for a free coffee and enjoy the chance to relax, chat and connect with others.
This session is completely free, but spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
