FlexinFit – Free Mental Health Week Session
Move, stretch and unwind this Mental Health Week with a free FlexinFit session.
Inspired by Yoga and Pilates, FlexinFit combines dynamic strength and stretching exercises designed to improve core and postural strength, mobility and flexibility.
It’s a great way to improve balance, stretch your muscles, help prevent injury and release stress, while enjoying the benefits of movement in a welcoming group environment.
This session is completely free, but spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
