Get the whole family moving with a fun and welcoming Family Fitness Come & Try session, facilitated by Feel Your Best Fitness!
Designed for families to get active together, this session is a great opportunity to enjoy some movement, build fitness and have fun in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No previous fitness experience is needed — just come along, get moving and enjoy some active time together as a family.
What to bring: Comfortable activewear, enclosed shoes and a water bottle.
