This Mental Health Week (4-11 October) the City is offering free fitness sessions to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
From sessions designed to get families active together, yoga and cardio, to fitness for mums and bubs, there is something for everyone, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No previous fitness experience is needed, just come along and get moving.
