Local Planning Scheme No. 7

The City has reviewed the submissions made during last year’s engagement period and has proposed modifications to draft Local Planning Scheme No. 7 (LPS 7) for Council consideration.

Council will consider the submissions and proposed modifications at the March 2023 round of meetings and make a final recommendation to the Western Australian Planning Commission.

The item will be presented to Council at the Council Agenda Briefing at 6pm on Tuesday 21 March 2023 and Ordinary Council Meeting at 6pm on Tuesday 28 March 2023.
